Half Day (8 AM to 1 PM)
Morning coffee and mid-morning snack.

This morning we’ll pull it all together.

We’ll begin by looking at the future of advocacy and how services will be delivered. What tools are available – or on the horizon? What do we do when changes are made to the healthcare system, or when patient or caregiver needs start to change?

Then we’ll channel our inner Meryl Streeps – we’ll be role playing case studies – using everything we’ve learned until now, from initial client outreach, through paperwork, client services, and then finishing up our work with each client.

How do we overcome objections?  How do we ask for our money up front? Who else needs to be involved? What paperwork requires signatures? How do we deliver our services? What happens when our work is complete? And more…
